口社寮阿立祖壇 
Alizu Altar in Kuosheliao

平埔族信仰所在，其主祭壇中央擺放一棵檨仔樹「大樹公」，供奉太祖三姊妹，農曆1月15日、6月15日、10月15日，信眾會以檳榔、煙酒、甜米糕、鹹油飯等祭祀。位於左鎮區公所右前方，順著路標進入約100公尺到達。

It is a sacred site of the Pingpu peoples. A mango tree called “Dashu Gong” (the Lord Tree) stands at the center of the main altar, dedicated to the three ancestral sisters of Taizu. On the 15th day of the 1st, 6th, and 10th lunar months, worshippers offer betel nuts, tobacco, alcohol, and rice cakes. The altar is located just to the right in front of the Zuojhen District Office. Following the signs, visitors can reach it after approximately 100 meters.
